Terrible If your under 60 years old you get followed around by the thin old guy who hasnt got a clue about anything. Brought various things for my car. One was a 12 volt plug that didnt work and wasnt built properly. It had no negative wire. The guy tried to tell me you only have one positive wire and no negative on a 12v plug ( Im a electrician) I tried to tell him hes was wrong and he would not have it. Accused me of braking it. Then opened one of the shelf to prove his point. His face quickly changed when he realised I was right and there was a negative and positive wire. This is a guy advising people. Hes thick as two short planks. They ordered a window wiper for me due to them only having one in stock after 5 days of waiting I went into home and motor save to ask where it was and they told me they were still waiting for it to come from pendeford. If they had told me this I would have drove there on the day or I could have walked there and back within a day. Good stocked shop but the older workers 40+ need to be sacked or retrained the young workers are polite and friendly and Cabot fault at all
