Went to sign up to gym (advertised no contract) so therefore meaning no direct debit set up needed? Apparently I was wrong, spoken to like I was thick and laughed at as I walked out by whoever was behind counter in shop (05/01/2019) AM and his friend. Have never felt more disrespected by any other business.Do not falsley advertise and retrain staff on customer service. Made me feel really small.Disgusted.
The Gym at Perton is really well equipped. Lots of cardio equipment and machines. Plenty of free weights, Smith Machine, Power Rack and an Olympic Bar. Reasonable costs and the most important thing is that it's near and members rerack their weights!
